I have one top level domain and two subs.
I pay $24 per month for this service. Is homestead.com going to be a problem for my account www.CherokeeMountainBobtails.homestead.com ?

This is difficult to answer. At no time have Homestead servers been down during this. The issue has been external traffic that we are trying to keep out of the way. Some things are beyond the control of any web hosting service, but in general you should not have a problem accessing your site.

"external traffic we are trying to keep out of the way" ...
Really I don't need to access my site. except to update from time to time my product...
However I generate "much traffic" like 500+ per week and my generated traffic needs to access my site. (my customers are the traffic, are they not?) Why would you keep traffic away at all?

I have the same question as Michelle, what do you mean Drew?
Something is definitely still awry, my SK site will not load on the first try for some people.

Affirmative Kathy! This is 100% not a *homestead.com incident Drew?
I did indeed after publishing a few pages used the homestead.com review pages and there was the problem?
After that, the site I updated became unavailable or at best was rendered in a scrambled fashion.
Hope this make sense to all?

Drew!
We still have problems!
For whatever reason the initial click on my SK site returns as "site not available" etc...
I can "refresh" and the page loads...
If you, as a visitor "reclick" for lack of a better word, the site renders unavailable, please. there is something really wrong? If this were to take place on one of my sites that really makes money I would be more than unhappy!
Thanks

The website I manage for my client has went down 17 times since Wednesday. What is going on? Is there a problem with your servers, hosting?

Was on homestead webpage sitebuilder. Made a couple updates to a page, saved the updated, and selected to publish that page. Before it could display the page it timed out saying website not available.

Every time I try to go to our website www.mltarts.com I get the following message
Gateway TimeoutServer error - server 108.167.135.120 is unreachable at this moment.
Please retry the request or contact your administrator.
When I try again, then the site loads.
I am also having problems with one of the images loading on http://www.mltarts.com/Pocatello.html
The image that loads slowly is Pocatello_Pete_Hiett.jpg
The images of the actors all load fine.

Can you all please just fix this mess?
I would pay double money if only you all could make this work?
I rely on what you all do for a living, it is a two way street?
Thanks Hell?
What a dammed joke, please let us know, please?

Seems to be fixed here on my end. We are sick and tired however of every time we have these problems. We are given the stock response: "Be sure to clear your cache out".
That is 100% unacceptable, we are tired of it.
Thanks

Same here, partially loading or timing out. It is not an issue with my machine/s. Have people testing from several different locations.
All browsers, makes no difference.
