Can I sync all of my folders with my Android device. Currently the only folder that is syncing is my Inbox. Any emails sent from my computer can not be viewed from my phone. I am using IMAP

Hi Stephen1359,

There is a known issue with IMAP email clients being able to connect with the actual "Sent" folder that is stored on the sever. This is especially a prevalent issue with mobile devices. Usually, the fix would be to manually set the correct "Sent" folder, from the server, as the folder for all sent mail from that device. Unfortunately, the default email app on Android devices does not allow you to manually assign folders.

There is a work around solution though. There is a free app on the Android Market, called K-9. It is a third party email app. Not only have we seen it properly assign the sent email folder with our email service, but it also gives you the freedom to manually assign folders. Just in case you do still run into an issue with it.
