Alternately, you ay wait until tomorrow for a representative to delete the cache file for you one more time and it should be resolved. Another option is that on Wednesday, we are do to release an option on the sync dialog to apply the choice to all files.
If you don't have urgent updates, then you may want to wait until Wednesday when this option should be available.
If you need a site to have the cache deleted, then please simply post the domain or site name and log out of Homestead, then wait for us to post for you to log in and load the site. If you go through everything and then see the message again, please tell us and we will look again.
Keeps asking if I want published or local website. Freezes at the point. i need to edit the site
Come on Guys, fix this problem of synchronize files. This is so frustrating not to be able to edit my website.
CAN'T ACCESS MY SITE FOR EDITING DUE TO YOUR "SYNCHRONIZE FILE" BUG
For three days now, I have been unable to edit my site because of the known "Synchronize File" message that pops up. It looks as though many other people are suffering this same problem and it seems as thought the issue gets "fixed" only for it to return again and again.
And of course now it is the weekend so I can't get anyone to help me and must suffer another two days until Monday when maybe I can get someone to respond to this issue. VERY FRUSTRATING. This is not what I pay for.
Everytime I go to use sitebuilder it wants me to sync my files (I have a lot of them). I already use Firefox which I think is the one recommended. What can I do???
I can not update my site due to the "synchronizing file" error! I really need this resolved! I have vital info that MUST be updated through my site. Will I get credit for the errors & inconvenience coming from you guys? Its very hard to contact anyone or get live help when needed to get issues resolved! I am soooo frustrated!

Cannot open website editor, asks whether I want local or published copy for every page and file (I have hundreds)
Still having a problem with synchronizing files, on my 5th day with this, I cannot choose local files as it goes to the 500 server error., and chossing published copy only reveals all my pics from the site, which I have gone through already having opened hundreds of pictures,in hopes that this will fix the problem. It came back for a 2 hour window last Friday, then back to where we were.
Because of a message asking if I want to choose either, Publish or Local, I cannot edit my website. It I select local, a message appears saying there is a problem with server! It is frustrating, as I need to edit my site on a weekly basis. If I try to live chat, I'm told the cookie does not match-even though I have chatted more than once in the past. It is aggravating!! Do you have a telephone number I can call direct for HELP?!!
Cannot get in to my site to edit it - and need add a new page to it right away. When I login it asks me if I want to keep my current local copy of a file or download the published copy. I really need to add a new page (home tour of a paying customer). The website is www.FSBOTupelo.com - please help!
The local and published versions of this file are different. Both files have changed.
Nothing happens when I try to edit.
It is just showing below text.
It wants me to scroll thru 50000 image files.
I have a friend who has had this problem for the past two weeks.

PROBLEM - The synchronization issue remains this morning AND my original message disappeared (did I need to synchronize the message board as well??) - When will this synchronization finally be solved!!!!!

Help, I cannot update my website and I must get in now to update important information!!! I keep getting Synchronize file message. I cannot click through it, and everything keeps locking up!
My web site still is having this problem (like everyone else where it wants me to sync all my thousands of files each time I log in). It's www.poole-family-photos.com.
There is no way I am clicking through this whole set again. You need to fix this remotely or add a tick box like "sync all" or something. What is the deal? It has now been happening for nearly 2 weeks!? This is insane not to be able to update my web site for that long -- I do PAY for this service and have been a customer for nearly 2 decades.
