Sync Files - again!

My web site still is having this problem (like everyone else where it wants me to sync all my thousands of files each time I log in). It's

There is no way I am clicking through this whole set again. You need to fix this remotely or add a tick box like "sync all" or something. What is the deal? It has now been happening for nearly 2 weeks!? This is insane not to be able to update my web site for that long -- I do PAY for this service and have been a customer for nearly 2 decades.

I went in and refreshed the files and got passed the sync message for these websites. A hotfix was added, hopefully we should begin seeing this message less and less again. Please let me know if the sync message does come back up.
