Stacy , any chance you can shake the compliance tree? My domain was put on a client hold Saturday freezing me email. Nothing in and nothing out. I have since made change to my domain settings to fix the error. Now, I have sent compliance several messages asking them to un-hold the account but nothing is happening. Thanks

I do not see the original email, but I do see 3 from you. Unfortunately, it is not possible to simply release the hold. Have you updated the contact information on the domain? Especially make sure the email address is accessible. If you have a driver's license or passport that shows the same physical address as the information on the domain, please scan that in color and send it to the compliance email.  If the physical address is different, then also include a utility bill or something with the same address as the domain address.

These are things they will ask you. Unfortunately, I can look in on things, but they are working on many things, and get to them as quickly as possible.

Extremely reckless on the part of Homestead. I am a long time customer with a valid email on my profile that Homestead never attempted to reach me at. You have closed off my access now for what appears to likely be an indefinite time.

I am sorry, but Homestead did not close anything. Your domain was suspended by ICANN. We must abide by their regulations. If you read my post above, and send the information I specified, it very well might speed up the process or unsuspending the domain. I certainly understand the frustration, and am trying to help you get everything together so you can return the domain to an active state under the rules everyone must live by.
