When I try to create a subdomain it says:

The name you entered is a reserved subdomain name. Please enter a new name.

What it means?

Subdomain is stores.halfpricehottubs.com

That subdomain already exists as a CNAME in your advanced DNS settings. If you are trying to point your stores subdomain to your Storefront, then see how in the topic below.
