Sudden barrage of spam after Intuit to Homestead transition

Since the Intuit to Homestead transition all of a sudden I am receiving multiple spam emails every day whereas previously I had none. Nothing seems to be directed to my Junk folder, so it all ends up in my Inbox. Has Homestead started selling our email addresses??? The timing of this barrage was very coincidental. Also is there a way to activate a spam filter since the default does not seem to be doing anything?

Hi David6313,   We are not selling email addresses, but there has indeed been an issue with the email which we have been working on. You can follow the updates here: https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/september_24_2013_email_is_experiencing_slowness_an...  Sorry for any problems this is causing.

This points to a link from 5 days ago. This has now gone one for over 10 days and you are pointing this person to a response that is non-responsive.

Spam gets through, but an email from my secretary takes 5 hours. My internal communications have switched to gmail (a reliable provider). However, I cannot calculate the number of clients and potential clients who are running into problems accessing my business.

We will need refunds, at a minimum. In addition, we are looking at a potential class-action.

My email works fine. I like Homestead's service and have no complaint other than the above. I definitely have no interest in a lawsuit.

I was thrilled this morning see that the usual 65+ penis emails I get overnight had not come in! Hoorah, they fixed the spam filter! A blessed 16 hours or so of no spams, scams, and assorted crap.

Then alas, starting at just before 9:00 PST they started arriving again, and by 5:30 this evening I had almost 200 of them. That's about 1 new penis/porn/scam every couple of minutes...hour after hour...

FIX THIS!!!

An update - I've had a blissful penis-free day so far, not a single entreaty to enhance or enjoy larger delights. So far so good...

We are slowly making progress, but it's still sporadic. They are trying to adjust to get all the new emails delivered promptly but still get the queued backlog cleared up also.

We are also seeing a huge amount of spam suddenly. Please make this issue a priority to fix!

It is a priority, but the new spam filter will be constantly adjusted over the next weeks.  It should show gradual improvement.
