Submissions coming in again thanks to a functioning submit button! Now if there is a way to get the ones lost it would be great! I am Still not sure how many donations lost but our history shows a average amount of visitors to our page but no submissions...with same averages we should of had at least have 4 submissions a day over a 2 week period that's an astounding 56 donations give or take... That's just wrong! And if you look at it from a amount of items per donation on average 3 pieces per donation thats roughly 168 pieces of furniture we lost... Thats a very conservative estimate... How could this happen?

After 2-3 days of working properly, my form submissions are again not coming through.  They worked up to early this morning but again are not.  Is this ever going to end?

i did one earlier today at 3PM (est) and only the file was saved(no email); just did one now(7pm est)-and the email went through immediately(as it has been for the last few days) as well as the file being saved.

this does have to end though Drew-tomorrow business as usual here at the fun factory. time for Homestead to get its act together or there wont be a lawsuit-just a visit from Vinnie the Wedge and Bobby Wigs from Newark. i dont care who owns this gig now. ;)

If they are then they are doing a lousy job as usual. It keeps getting worse instead of better. The consensus here is that they really don't know how to fix anything permenately

Thank goodness I only have five websites left on their service of my 45 clients (moved to GoDaddy / WordPress). The rest are scheduled to move in January. Used their service with my account since 2010, and with another company since 2007 (they started using around 2001 or 2002 I believe). It was a great product pre-Intuit. Since it has divebombed.

I used customer service help chat. I had to remove the submit button and re-add it back in. Once I did that it worked again.

Well crap. I might have to replace with email address for my customer then instead of the form if it keeps glitching.

The only thing you can do and will work is to move to GO-DADDY !!

I agree. It is too bad too since it used to be a great product, but my GoDaddy / WP clients are happy with the move, so the last few will be pleased when I move them over.

Aside from filling up the in boxes of everyone that is following this issue...I am not sure how an hourly post helps the process to get things fixed.  Homestead has offered a work around that allows you to pull form submissions from the text file in SiteBuilderPlus.  Like everyone else I hope this gets resolved ASAP and respect the hardship it is causing...but please also respect the time of those following the issue.

Oh so I AM right, sort of, the issue IS money, they have outsourced to save $ and we see the result....but I don't want to be right!

they haven't "outsourced"-they just dont have a stand alone tech dept. its all handled by one of the other companies Endurance owns. same thing happened with the email "migration". Hstead employees had no idea it was coming. it just happened w/o explanation b/c they never communicate with each other. most companies today, including web site builder/hosts are developed overseas. we dont have enough engineers & coders here in the U.S. and it is much cheaper. the troubling thing here is that this is an easy fix and the "migration" should not be taking this long. this company simply does not have the number of customers it used to. very small now. relatively speaking. hence no customer service and no engineers.

of course that's the problem, they don't give a F%$#@
what a disgrace, I guess we should all be giving business to everyone except our own families, right here in the US....  we only have our children fighting and dying over there to protect what??

Everything Must Go!

Attention all shoppers
It's Cancellation Day
Yes the Big Adios
Is just a few hours away

It's last call
To do your shopping
At the Last Mall

You'll need the tools for survival
And the medicine for the blues
Sweet treats and surprises
For the little buckaroos

It's last call
To do your shopping
At the Last Mall

We've got a sweetheart Sunset Special
On all of the standard stuff
'Cause in the morning --that gospel morning
You'll have to do for yourself when the going gets tough

Roll your cart back up the aisle
Kiss the checkout girls goodbye
Ride the ramp to the freeway
Beneath the blood orange sky

It's last call
To do your shopping
At the Last Mall

one possibility that is related to migration is that the old servers/ip addresses have been blacklisted as spam senders.(Drew did mention that they thought they might have been red flagged) hence the sporadic receipt of submissions and that we can only get file receipts . that issue can only be handled by moving what sends the submissions to another ip address/server. my terminology is probably wrong but that is probably the issue. it cant simply be a straight migration. its taking way too long or its just very low on the priority list or they are just plain dumb. or a combination of all of it. or of course i'm wrong. either way it needs to get fixed. and soon.

Could it be that the reason our websites' submit buttons worked for a few days is because they took a few days off for Christmas??  Hmmmm!
