We have found that the submit form can be sent to our Yahoo Email address 10 out of 10 times but that the form will only make it to our HMAIL address only 2 out of 10 times. Makes you really trust Homestead doesn't it  ;o( NOT!!

this has caused a significant hardship for me and my business.  Guess that's what happens when you rely to much on technology.

So I just submitted a form with the new button... Mail to:myemail.com... !!! The email goes to my email but the form is not attached?! How can technicians not figure this out?

I've been wondering the same thing.  How is this ongoing 'epic fail' even possible?  It appears Homestead and the new parent company don't have even a single computer literate tech person left on staff.

Our forms are still not working.  Is there something we need to do on our end?  I am confused if the issue is resolved?

It seems some have had luch with the removing and adding back of the submit button. Others have changed the email address they send the form to.

I received a few of the stuck submissions from earlier in the week and SOME (but not all), from today.  So they must have cut loose a section of the backlog.  Test submissions still don't come through.

Drew...is changing the email address and deleting and then re-adding the submit button the permanent fix or is Homestead still working the issue to re-establish the existing emails destination?  I send forms to my personal email address. I really do not want to send to an alternative if I do not have to.

No we are still working and will get it. Unfortunately, there are so many things going on until it is finished. Changing the email has worked for a few people. It's just an option if you want. If you prefer not to, then you can use the text file for the time being.

Same issue with the submit button - am not receiving forms.  Submitting to msn email address.  Can't use homestead email because this is a new site and there is a separate issue on creating emails due to the migration.

I'm also having an issue on my site. Neither the email submissions or the form submissions are working. Only an error page comes up when it's supposed to take people to a Thank You page.

I am still having form issues. It's been going on for almost 2 weeks. Before, none were working, now some are working, but finding out from customers that some are not working.

No one knows what they are doing obviously or it would have been corrected weeks ago. This submit button debacle has cost us over $35,000.00 in lost revenue so far. How about everyone else?

We haven't been able to calculate a firm amount, but it definitely is making us look REALLY bad in addition to losing sales/customers. And 2 months credit doesn't make it better.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Continuing To Lose Money - Form Submissions (Sales Orders) Still Not Working!.

Continuing to still lose money every single day. My customers still cannot place their order after completing my ORDER FORM.

Tried removing & re-adding the Submit button several times and still getting the same ole crap.

SERVER ERROR from Homestead:
Sorry, you have experienced an unexpected server error.
You have experienced an unexpected server error. We are working to
resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Please try again later.

My latest customer from Virginia (this morning, 12/23/14) was a $799 order. Does that tell you how much money I've lost?

If you can't close the sale when a customer is hot to buy, you simply lose the sale. I say this because it's almost impossible to rebuild the excitement of their purchase, once their order is rejected by a SERVER ERROR from Homestead.

THIS STINX & HAS COST ME ALMOST $5500 IN SALES SINCE 11/20/14.

I haven't made a dime from HOMESTEAD since before November 20th, 2014.

If you're a Homestead customer and you think everything's working again since you're able to access your editor, please think again.

THIS BLANKING SAGA CONTINUES.....

I strongly suggest that you all check your Form Submission Buttons.

We are having the same issues with our submit button; we are missing out on donations and on program registrations because of this problem. We had this problem a few weeks ago and it was resolved. We use Gmail. Please fix; this is hurting our organization.

Tim5862,

We are working on the forms issue. We merge topics to make it easier to keep track of everyone with the same issue and communicate more efficiently when we need to ask questions or give you updates. There is currently no ETA, but the engineers are working on it.

For the love of God and everything holy, please fix the damn submit button. This is so far beyond ridiculous... Either fix it or just shut the whole thing down and go home. But please do something and stop jerking us around. We're tired, abused and just want it all to end...

For those of you who are still having trouble with getting forms-I have a suggestion:

1) remove the submit button for now
2) state that the form is temporarily out of service
3) create a PDF of the form and a link to that
4) put a fax number on it
5) tell ppl to FAX you the form for now

better than nothing?

I ran 2 form submission tests today and both came through immediately.  No idea if the lost ones going back to mid November will ever show up but at least it's working today.
