Continuing to still lose money every single day. My customers still cannot place their order after completing my ORDER FORM.
Tried removing & re-adding the Submit button several times and still getting the same ole crap.
SERVER ERROR from Homestead:
Sorry, you have experienced an unexpected server error.
You have experienced an unexpected server error. We are working to
resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Please try again later.
My latest customer from Virginia (this morning, 12/23/14) was a $799 order. Does that tell you how much money I've lost?
If you can't close the sale when a customer is hot to buy, you simply lose the sale. I say this because it's almost impossible to rebuild the excitement of their purchase, once their order is rejected by a SERVER ERROR from Homestead.
THIS STINX & HAS COST ME ALMOST $5500 IN SALES SINCE 11/20/14.
I haven't made a dime from HOMESTEAD since before November 20th, 2014.
If you're a Homestead customer and you think everything's working again since you're able to access your editor, please think again.
THIS BLANKING SAGA CONTINUES.....
I strongly suggest that you all check your Form Submission Buttons.

I submitted this 2 hours ago (12:00PM on 12/23/14) and it was merged and immediately buried without a reply.
WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE FIXED?

1) remove the submit button for now
2) state that the form is temporarily out of service
3) create a PDF of the form and a link to that
4) put a fax number on it
5) tell ppl to FAX you the form for now
better than nothing?

I ran 2 form submission tests today and both came through immediately. No idea if the lost ones going back to mid November will ever show up but at least it's working today.
