My website is not showing to Add a Subdomain. We are on the starter package, why is it now showing?

I actually need to point the home page to another website then be able to work with the 3 remaining pages on their own site. If it's easier to create a new site and make those 3 pages point there, that works. Whatever help you can give to make that happen I can put the info in.

There is no redirect on Websitebuilder sites. Where are you trying to direct the domain to?

I have already done the redirect on the header with the meta tag. There is not an option though for me to create the subdomain I need.

I wish there was chat, this takes too long! It was so much easier and I used it all the time.

I am sorry, but chat was not being used very much at all, so it was discontinued. You can make a sub domain using advanced DNS settings. Where are you trying to point to and which sub domain? You can create CNAMEs or A records to point to an outside site. unfortunately, the old redirect option is not available with new Websitebuilder sites.
