Are you using Website Builder?  I was able to easily create sub pages that show as a drop-down menu from a main item on my navigation menu.  I went to the Pages option in the menu on the left side of the screen.  That brings up a list of all my pages.  I just dragged the pages that I want as sub-pages until they are just beneath the page I want to see on my Navigation menu.  Then drag them a little to the right, and they will show as indented.  I basically stumbled upon this as I was just trying to organize my pages visually to keep track of things, and I found that it created a drop-down menu.  You can rearrange them as needed to put them in the order that you’d like them to appear on the drop-down menu.

I hope this helps!

Hello Darlene1358
I can see that you are using Sitebuilder Plus, and there is not a way to create sub-pages or drop down menus in this builder. You would either need to get 3rd party HTML to add that, or you can rebuild your website in our newer builder that does have this feature, Website Builder, which Sheila mentioned above.
