Continuing to still lose money every single day. My customers still cannot place their order after completing my ORDER FORM.

Tried removing & re-adding the Submit button several times and still getting the same ole crap.

SERVER ERROR from Homestead:
Sorry, you have experienced an unexpected server error.

You have experienced an unexpected server error. We are working to
resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Please try again later.

My latest customer from Virginia (this morning, 12/23/14) was a $799 order. Does that tell you how much money I've lost?

If you can't close the sale when a customer is hot to buy, you simply lose the sale. I say this because it's almost impossible to rebuild the excitement of their purchase, once their order is rejected by a SERVER ERROR from Homestead.

I haven't made a dime from HOMESTEAD since before November 20th, 2014.

If you're a Homestead customer and you think everything's working again since you're able to access your editor, please think again.

I strongly suggest that you all check your Form Submission Buttons.

I submitted this 2 hours ago (12:00PM on 12/23/14) and it was merged and immediately buried without a reply.

Thanks Victoria, I appreciate you trying to help. Unfortunately, I have way too many pages that I'd have to modify.

I have instead contacted the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office at to recover my damages.

I've been with Homestead since 1999 and have thousands of sales pages, client pages etc.... I wish it was as easy as just creating a new page to redirect my buyers on how to order.

My family is going to have a pretty rotten Christmas this year as a result of this UNANNOUNCED & SURPRISE data migration.

My only recourse appears to be legal action if they don't compensate me through the Massachusetts Attorney General's office.

Sad but true. It appears that's the only thing I can do because Homestead/Endurance doesn't want to step up to the plate and it appears they ARE NOT LISTENING & worst of all, THEY DON'T REALLY CARE?

I was hoping they'd prove me wrong, but instead they're leaving it up to just one person on this message board to take the heat from everyone and the problems they've created.

That's a pretty sad state of affairs.

Now there's an issue with the Homestead phone system, yeah right.

They're aware of the problem and VERY SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

I'm pretty much griped out and very disappointed in this company.

Merry Christmas,
