It is showing the system problem was resolved on December 5th, but I am still having the same problem on December 7. Is there something I need to do to reset my account?  I am still completely unable to use it.

What exactly are you unable to do. If you read the resolved issue, it was a routing problem with a 3rd party that prevented some people from accessing anything homestead. If you are unable to reach homestead.com, then we can take a look at why that might be. If you are able to reach homestead.com, then tell us where you are getting stuck.

I can log in, but it takes 3 minutes to begin loading. Another minute to get to the start page. Another 2 minutes after clicking on "website Manager"  before I get to where I can select a website to work on. Click on "edit site" and wait another minute before I get all the way to Start Up on Sitebuilder Plus. From there it just sits with the dots moving.  I can never get any farther.
I have tried this on both my laptop and my desktop.

This is likely due to the data migration. It tends to affect large accounts more when it is in process. Is it all sites, or a specific one you are trying to work on?

I cannot get to any of my sites. When I select a site, it simply sits there and does nothing.

I was able to open a couple of your smaller sites in Plus, but unfortunately not the larger ones. Everything points to still be affected by the migration.

I finally got a box that says: "Oops. Your request failed due to a network or server issue. Try again and if it still doesn't work, call us at 1-800-710-1998 (Error code 0x41)"  Note: I have been a member since this was a free hosted site, so it shouldn't be anything about new membership, and every other site I go to is working fine.
