I have had help with this but everytime I log in this still happens. I am unable to edit my site. I am very frustrated.  I think at this point I need a refund  for at least the 2 months I have been unable to update and I need this issue fixed permanantly. Issues occuring in both chrome, IE, AND Firefox so not a browser issue. It has been fixed a few times using this HELP venue but it only works at that time. Once I log out and log back in the sync message shows agian. Please someone fix this.

This is happening to me, too -- I don't have to update my site often, so don't know how long this has been in effect. I'd be happy to eliminate old images that I've posted and then deleted from pages, but it's scary when it asks me to decide about passages of code. I get trapped and have to just close out -- it won't let me close the "synchronize files" or do anything else -- and clearly, it hasn't kept my choices anyway.
I have a calendar of events to edit, folks! This is a volunteer effort, for an organization that more & more people are turning to the web to find. Please help -- I can't leave this dead in the water, and I have been really happy with Homestead's features -- I'd like to stay!
