If you are able to connect your email to GMail or Outlook, you would be able to take advantage of the mark email as spam feature with those email clients, however with Homestead's OX, you can report the spam here for us to try to manually filter out.

Can someone direct me to the instructions on how to do what you are suggesting. I am getting a lot of spam as well and I would not like to screenshot every one of them.

The spam filter works well for most folks, but some people are on some very persistent and sophisticated lists. Your best bet is to use and email client, like Outlook, which allow you to create filters. You can also add anti spam software that works with clients.

Thank you for your response but my question was not answered completely. I need specific directions on how to setup the Outlook so that I ensure email coming from my customers is transparent and that I don't have to change the email I have used for years. Can you point me to a resource for assistance?

How do I setup an email client to check my Homestead mail?

In this topic you can select the version of Outlook you have and see how to set up for checking your Homestead mail.

I have 49 spam emails in 6 days.   How do I copy and paste them here without having to open source and copy and paste 49 emails.  I do not have time to do this?  What are my other options... this is very frustrating... I do not have this happening with my personal email from another host.

There is no other way, but we have found that the vast majority of the submitted messages by others are already flagged by our filter, so it won't be necessary. We are evaluating some things from the data we have collected already. Right now, the best thing would be to use a client that has filter options, like Outlook or Thunderbird.

We're receiving hundreds of the same emails...as fast as I can delete them they repeat over and over. How can we block this sender?

If you use a program like Outlook you can create rules to filter specific unwanted email senders.
