My email is receiving a large amount of spam, how do I get rid of it. It's slowing my business down because I am spending too much time weeding through the email deleting spam.

We are very sorry for the tremendous amount of spam you are receiving. We are working hard to rectify the problem. It will take time for the spam to subside, but we are in the process of configuring a new spam filter.

I, too, am having the same problem and it only just started about five days ago. Never used to have this frustrating problem here. it waas after "the change" it started. How do we get back to the way it used to be? The las thing I need is more crap to swim through each day.

I agree with Cynthia8014! I am very frustrated and really do not wish to wait very long for a solution. Working on the problem and fixing the problem are two different things. We want a fix.

We are also frustrated, but working to make sure we fix the problem is better than doing something that could potentially make the problem worse. The filter change that began this trouble is being replaced by a new one that is more like the old system.

What's the estimated completion date for fixing the incoming spam problem? This is crazy, I'm sure other people are getting worse, but nearly 100 spam emails per day is just intolerable.

I'm getting 160 to 180 spam emails per day. I too don't have time to weed through these. A more definitive date of when this will be cleared up would be appreciated.
