Alright. I just see this problem across the board and I have two sites that is not working! I am not a very big fan right now. is there a private chat this can continue on?

It looks like it is beginning to resolve now. I am able to bring up most of the sites I have seen errors on. Please try your sites and let us know if you still see an issue.

I am receiving this same message when I go to website manager.  Can you please help me as well?  I have been seeing this for 2 days now.

Stacy, It didn't look like you had started at all. I created a new site and moved the domain to it. It should work. Go to Websites manager and select coldironprocessing.com from the drop down and choose a design. If you did have content on the other site let me know and I will take another look.

I am sorry. There should not need to be a need to panic. It is usually just a database issue that needs to be fixed behind the scenes. I can't think of a reason why anything should be gone.

Stacy6492, I am sorry for the delay. The engineers have told me that they have the site, but there is an issue connecting it to the account. They are still working on it, but hopefully this helps a little.

Could the issue connecting the accounts be because I updated our email address.  With our Homestead subscription we get 5 emails.  I created them and made those emails the login and contact.  I would think you would be able to link that, but I did make that change.

Unfortunately, that was the initial cause, but they are unable to reconnect at this time, even with the old email. I am trying to get an update.

I am trying to remain calm and give you a chance to recover my website, but if I have to completely rebuild my site I will want a full refund and I will most likely take my website business to another vendor.  Can anyone explain to you what happened?  I was in it in the morning, and when I went back to work on it in the afternoon I received the error.  I of course did not hit the delete site button either.  I understand clicking things by accident, but I would not have confirmed the multiple errors/are you sure message I would have received.  This site took me hours and hours of time to build! Until I changed my email contact/login, to an email also supported by you, I had no issues whatsoever.

As I said, the change of email address did break the connection. It does not matter what email you changed to, just that it changed. Normally, we can change it back and it works, but not in your case. I am sorry about that. You should not have to rebuild anything at all. I am told by the engineers that the site is intact as is, they just need to repair the connection. They are actively engaged at this time, so hopefully it won't be too long.
