some customers not receiving my emails

some customers not receiving my emails the past 4 days as far as I know, because they have been responding and saying they are still waiting on my response

What is the email address you are having trouble with? Also, it is ALL outgoing email that is not working, or only to certain email addresses?

It is sales@candcstereos.com and i believe it is certain email addresses, because i have sent a few to my personal email and receive it

Ok, I just took a look at all outgoing email from that address for the past 7 days and don't see any that have errors on them. What is an example of an email address that can't receive your email?

I looked at mail to those specific email addresses from the past 7 days and they were sent from our server successfully. If the emails were not received, it is because your email is being blocked on their end. I couldn't say why, because I cannot see anything that would cause that, but they would need to whitelist your email in their system.

Okay, maybe one more question is there a way to help keep emails being sent from going to spam folder

Make sure you aren't sending mass emails, or make sure you are only sending them to people who have signed up for them. Often times when an email starts going to the spam folder for servers on Gmail, Yahoo, or Microsoft, it means enough people have received an email from your address and marked it as spam. Also make sure you don't have a URL or image in your signature or emails that might be considered or flagged as spam.
