I want to add a data list gallery with a slide show. My home page has this element, How do I place on my other pages? I want the slide show element not a grid where they all display at once,. Is this possible?

Hello,

Data list galleries are not an option from the elements options because they are a default template element. If you would like to use it on another page you can select the data list, and keyboard  copy (ctrl + c), then go to the page you want to add it to and keyboard paste (ctrl + v). From there you can change out any pictures and reformat it as desired.

You can adjust the number of items that show at once and set up the gallery transitions under the data list settings and select gallery transitions. This will create a slide show.

Yes , I did the cut and paste and it worked. I had tried to do that b4 and didn't think it worked. What was happening was the image gallery was way up at the top and I could barely see the white tabs to pull it down on to the page, but the white box was on the page to control it so i knew it had to be some where on the page I was attempting to paste it on.

You can always try zooming out (crtl + -) to see more of the content if it does add the element to the very top and is being hidden a bit. This should allow you to see more of the content and drag that data list down.
