Sitebuilder will not install new updates. Has locked up and I cannot publish my website.

Hi Shari -

Sorry about the problems you're experiencing! Please make sure you have disabled all firewall/antivirus programs running on your machine, so that the update can install properly-- as those types of programs usually block the connection. If that does not work, you can also try uninstalling then reinstalling the program.
