Hi Robert3786,

Welcome to the community!

If nothing happens when you click on the Sitebuilder Desktop Icon:

  1. Go to Start > Computer > Local Disk (C:)

  2. Click on the address bar at the top so your cursor begins flashing and type in Program Data as one word (should look like C:\programdata) > press enter on your keyboard

  3. Open the following folders: Homestead > Homestead Sitebuilder > Data > User > Users

  4. Delete the following three files: < email >.pref, < email >.profile, < emai l>.usage</>
  5. Restart your computer and launch Sitebuilder

If this helps resolves the issue, please mark this post as solved, otherwise reply with more detail around what happens when you try and launch sitebuilder (if you receive an error message etc) so we can further troubleshoot.

Thanks for posting!

Ehsan

Hi Robert3786,

Can you please provide some more detail around what happens when you try and load sitebuilder. For example, do you you receive an error message or are you not able to download it etc?

Thanks,

Ehsan
