Sitebuilder in my PC keeps shutting down while doing an update on my website. This problem has been going on since last month, I was helped by technical support, was told to uninstall and install the program...worked fine after reinstalling but little bit later shuts down again. I am running out of patience as I have to constantly save every little change I make instead of saving them all at the end.

I am sorry for the frustration. Have you considered using the new Sitebuilder Plus online? It doesn't require any type of installation, as it is browser based.

I have tried the Sitebuilder Plus and I don't like it because the features that I like, I cannot find. I had a hard time navigating the online option, an example is the page width...I can expand it to 1200 on my desktop, but cannot do that on the Sitebuilder Plus. The online option seems very limited when I tried it, hence I want to keep the desktop. It seems like, all the people who helped me kept asking me to try the online option, and no help in my current problem. Am I just out of luck and no one can solve my issues? Instead, switched? Why cannot we both have the desktop and online option, why one or the other? I have been a homestead user since 2006, and I had not had an issue like this.

I am really done with my desktop site builder and if homestead cannot help me without switching the online option....what is there left for me? It just keep shutting down each time I attempt to update my website...it does it within a minute of being logged in. Since I don't seem to find a solution, how hard will it be for me to switch to a new host?
