Continuing problems with Sitebuilder for the last week. The system requires that you repeatedly publish already published pages BEFORE making any changes or updates to the web page. If you fail to do so, Sitebuilder freezes and you must invoke Task Manager to get out, losing all work done to that point at the same time. Very frustrating and I've reported this problem several time.

Hello, I am sorry and do not know if you have been told this or not.  The last code update to Sitebuilder was made when XP was the most recent version of Windows.  You have a couple of choices here.

1)You can go to the help center in your website account and search for "clean install" and follow those instructions.

2) You can convert to the new online editor, Sitebuilder Plus, and do all editing through a web browser.
