Sitebuilder has stopped working on two Win 7 machines.

One won't load past the 'start' screen (it doesn't get to the password screen)...just stops and vanishes. The second won't publish updates...says sitebuilder needs to be updated but that doesn't work either (my guess is you are going to tell us to go through a full uninstall and rename etc process as you have before...tedious at best). Right now we're dead in the water and can't update stuff....again.

If it stopped working on two machines, then there's likely something in common that is causing the problem.  If the SiteBuilder starts to open (flashes then goes away), then there's most likely something killing the process on the computer such as security software. Do both computers have the same security/virus scan software.  It's possible that a reinstall may fix the issue but I would recommend temporarily turning off the security software and then seeing if it will launch. Otherwise you may have to try a reinstall.

Also, you always have the option of switching to the online version SiteBuilder Plus.
