Whenever I click on the Sitebuilder icon, I get a message saying that SitebuilderLPXLauncher.exe has stopped working. Our computer recently went through some updates, so am wondering whether this has anything to do with it?  We also changed from McAfee to Norton Antivirus, but Homestead is listed as active in the settings, so that doesn't appear to be the problem.  Many thanks for your help!

I posted the above query two days ago and have not had a reply, so I guess I'm not going to get any help. I'll get someone else to solve the problem. :-)

Hi Jan, Sadly the tech guys do not work at weekends but there is usuallyother members of the forum that can offer help.. Likewise I was working over the weekend so didn't get much chance to get on line. Anyway, this link may well give you the answer you need. https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/i-can-not-install-my-sitebuilder-which-i-lost-in-my...

Hope it works out for you as as I mentioned the tech guys will be back in here Monday morning.

Did you get it fixed? If not, what Windows version are you using?

I managed to fix the problem on Sunday by downloading the The Microsoft Visual J#TM Redistributable Package version 2.0. Thank you.
