UPDATE 10/16/2015: It appears that most of the server related issues have been resolved and are cleared up. We are still monitoring to make sure nothing else causes more disruption. The website files do need to be resynchronized with the server, so choosing Local File would be ideal to bypass this. Once you have clicked and selected for all of the files on your website, click your website name at the top right corner, click File Manager, and click the Refresh button found towards the top.
We understand smaller websites are easier to get through this if you are asked to choose either Local or Published copy, but if you do have a large website and are having issues getting beyond this screen please continue to post them here with your domain name. Thank you everyone for your diligent patience.

It does seem right now that a lot of these problems are clearing up again, but our staff is monitoring closely. While this is going on, we are asking if you still having issues with Sitebuilder to post the issues here so we can make sure we are not missing anything.
UPDATE 10/14/2015: At this moment, it does appear that most of the issues with loading Sitebuilder Plus have cleared up. This includes broken images that were displayed inside, any server errors, or even loading Sitebuilder Plus.
If the Sitebuilder asks you to load the local or published copy, selecting Local copy would be ideal unless you specifically wish to load what is currently published.
If you run into any other problems, please post them here so we can take a look and make sure all issues are in fact cleared up.
Again, we extremely appreciate everyone's patience through this.

Homestead support personnel, you need to take this issue seriously. While my site smyrnaoptimist.org does not generate millions of dollars and is not as critical as many other websites mentioned in these posts I need to make updates like everyone else and if you cannot get this issue resolved ASAP I will be forced to look for alternatives to host my site. PLEASE fix the problem!

It's not working again.

Log out of Homestead and clear the browser history. Then log in an try again. Try to make all the edits you can. Some people are seeing this error recur after publishing. Let us know if that is the case.

Just did all you recommended and after 3 weeks still cannot get sitebuilder plus to download - either published or local copies. We cannot edit our website www.hcfat.org. We will have to terminate our use of intuit website hosting if this is not corrected ASAP. Why has this not been fixed after many weeks of problems?

Patricia6295, I am sorry. Do you need me to try to fix it again? It may work once and then revert, but if so, I'll tag the account. Engineers are working, but I won't expect to hear from them until Monday, even if they fix it over the weekend permanently.

Hi Drew, I got in okay yesterday and was able to do some editing, although the page spontaneously reloaded a couple of times. Still seemed to hold the changes. Today it's telling me synchronize all my files again. I really really hope this gets permanently fixed soon! Please fix it again for me: www.pmheimerl.com

If you log out of the account, I can clear it from this side and it will bypass the message most times. At this time, it may come back though. We are still looking at why some accounts persist.

I just tried to edit our site and the Local and Published message is happening again. Had been working fine for a week until today. In fact, it worked fine this morning when I got on.
