UPDATE 10/16/2015: It appears that most of the server related issues have been resolved and are cleared up. We are still monitoring to make sure nothing else causes more disruption. The website files do need to be resynchronized with the server, so choosing Local File would be ideal to bypass this. Once you have clicked and selected for all of the files on your website, click your website name at the top right corner, click File Manager, and click the Refresh button found towards the top.
We understand smaller websites are easier to get through this if you are asked to choose either Local or Published copy, but if you do have a large website and are having issues getting beyond this screen please continue to post them here with your domain name. Thank you everyone for your diligent patience.

UPDATE 10/15/2015: Into the night we did experience more server related issues that was causing the issues to start happening again. It does seem right now that a lot of these problems are clearing up again, but our staff is monitoring closely. While this is going on, we are asking if you still having issues with Sitebuilder to post the issues here so we can make sure we are not missing anything.

UPDATE 10/14/2015:
At this moment, it does appear that most of the issues with loading Sitebuilder Plus have cleared up. This includes broken images that were displayed inside, any server errors, or even loading Sitebuilder Plus.

If the Sitebuilder asks you to load the local or published copy, selecting Local copy would be ideal unless you specifically wish to load what is currently published.

If you run into any other problems, please post them here so we can take a look and make sure all issues are in fact cleared up.

Again, we extremely appreciate everyone's patience through this.

I am able to load the Sitebuilder, it does appear to load slow right now, it may be due to the high amount of traffic with Sitebuilder loading again, so that should clear up within some time.

There are a lot of users currently loading their Sitebuilder at this moment, so our servers are experiencing high volume. We are monitoring this and doing our best to have everyone load into their website again.

Todd H, I wish I could get as far as some of the others on here, but I can't even get to the point of it asking me to save pictures, or whatever the main complaint is.

I log in, start to work & BAM, Site Builder shuts down completely! Earlier I logged in & decided to just publish as is (since I was able to log in at all), but as soon as I hit the publish button...SHUT DOWN again.

Hello Becky2075,
I did see your site was rather large and I have refreshed the files. Slowly more and more larger sites are loading, but because of the high volume of everyone trying to load their Sitebuilder at this time, large sites are having an extra difficult time loading. We are monitoring to make sure nothing else is the problem, so I do ask you try again shortly as the volume has been steadily stabilizing.

My images have now returned to my site. I was able to publish this morning but now pages won't save or publish. There is a very long delay while publishing, almost 10 minutes, the "published" page shows on my screen but hasn't actually published. I'm using Firefox, and keep my cache and history clear. http://www.hlaa-rochester-ny.org

Yes, still having synchronization issues that grinds the start up process to a dead halt. There is NO way I can click through thousands of files (customer for 11 years now) to choose "local or published". Haven't been able to access site builder in three days now. Time to update us on an ETA for a definitive solution.

I just lost a major client here in Hollywood because of the homestead server issues, because I cant keep my end of the contract with a client. Whats up with the server issues?????? This just cost me a shitload of money because I had to give them their money back...Did the server just plain crash Todd, or are you trying to upgrade and it didn't work as planned? The workarounds by loading the local copy is a bust dude. Having to load every single file manually and (I have a few thousand) is not cool.....Has anybody got any good news???? Todd I respect your tenacity and you are probably stressing the hell out , but people are starting to bail on Homestead buddy.  I wish you the best dude.

Hello Jim,
We definitely apologize for the disruption that's occurred. Right now with the amount of users trying to load into their websites, the traffic and volume on the server is high. We are seeing more and more sites load again as intended, but it does seem that larger sites are taking a little longer to load.

Sitebuilder seems to be freezing A LOT - you can update one page and then it freezes. I just refreshed the page and went back in and now it is wanting to synchronize all of my files AGAIN. This is unreal. What am I paying for? After 3 days. this should be working with problems.
