Hello,

Sitebuilder Desktop is unfortunately too old and outdated to be able to have an SSL attached to it. You would need to stop using Sitebuilder Desktop and switch to using Sitebuilder Plus to be able to have HTTPS.
Once you've published from Sitebuilder Plus, you can use these instructions:
