My desktop sitebuilder stopped working about 3:00 cst on Thursday 11/20/14. It froze up so I logged out and tried to log back in. Now I can't get past "Start Up" page. It says: Error logging in. Please check your user name and password. If you have any questions, please contact custom support. Please help, I have a ton of work to do and can't even login to continue my work. Thank you, Tim
