Log in to your account at http://www.homestead.com. Click in the upper right on Help, then on View help. In the search box, type clean install. Follow those directions to reinstall Sitebuilder. It is important to make sure before you hit download, make sure it does not say You appear to be using Windows XP or lower. If it does, scroll down to the troubleshooting and find the link to the Windows Vist, 7 and 8 version of Sitebuilder.
