Made several changes to existing pages on the site, hit save, then publish, got the 100% bar, but the changes won't show. Tried several times. Never added any pages. Went to file manager and it showed the pages as not published. Tried from there and got a message that we exceeded our 5 pages. But we did not add any and we only show 5 pages on our site. File manager shows two additional pages: site index and error page not found. Do those count against our 5? We did not create them. I was afraid to delete because the dialog box said if we did it would change our home page! Could we please just have our 5 pages published like we pay for? What can we do?

The 404 error page doesn't count. Site index is your home page. Select your home page and examine Page Settings > You Home Page Name SB "index.html".
Open your file manager > select the line for items with Yellow Publish flag and publish them.
Have you exceeded your storage limit?
Have you tried a "refresh"?

Hi, yes tried refresh, tried different browsers, etc. As I wrote, I tried publishing them with file manager as you suggest, which is what I found in the forums. All we did was update some text and links, so I doubt we increased our storage by more than a small number of kb. When we tried to publish from file manager, we got a message saying we exceeded 5 pages, which we did not do.

If any of your files are html files those will count as a page.

Hi Cory7230, your website has reached the 5 page limit for your package. If you open your File manager inside of Sitebuilder Plus, you can choose to unpublish pages here, or you may choose to upgrade your account. Let us know!

You do have 6 pages.

Thank you, everyone. It seems since it's been so long that an old draft (and I mean old!) must have gotten published when I hit publish and it made us exceed our page limit. I deleted and all is good.
