Site update not allowing me to publish

When I start the site builder today I get the notice about the update, and it appears to update, but when I go to publish a page it gives me an error message, saying I need to get the update.  What is going on?  Do I need to shut my computer down and restart, or is there a problem with the update process?  I am using Windows.

There were some customers who got this message after an update. When you load the builder now, does it ask you to update still?
