Does Homestead take care of this or do I need to move hosting to Bigcommerce.

We handle your ecommerce hosting.

Managing servers and the teams that run them can cost you tens of thousands of dollars per year and take away from the time you could be running your business. Hosted ecommerce platforms are often more secure and don’t require a high-level of expertise compared to self hosted software solutions. BigCommerce takes care of website hosting and security for you, with leading performance and Level 1 PCI compliance.

The site is still saying not secure. What do I need to do? My customers need to feel secure paying and using the site.

For BigCommerce sites, here is an article with instructions for using their SSL:

https://support.bigcommerce.com/articles/Public/BigCommerce-SSL-Certificate/?q=SSl&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

sylviathomp, I do see that your site is showing secure.

themieleman, were you working on getting an SSL through Big Commerce or Cloudflare. I definitely recommend using BigCommerce. The link is the one I posted above.

Can you check that this setting is correct?

Store Setup>Store Settings> HTTPS

and change it to "Use HTTPS for the entire site"
