Hi. I used to use SItebuilder for MANY years and although I loved it there were some issues I was frustrated with as in not having dropdown menus and ease of lining up content on the page.
I assume you are talking about Web Builder being "user unfriendly"? If yes, I urge you to give it a go. It is very intuitive. When I first used it I couldn't get my head around the desktop and mobile views. I used to scream when I previewed the mobile version and elements were all over the place. It wasn't until I realised that you can move or hide elements on the Mobile view and those adjustments will not affect the desktop view. Not sure if this has helped or not. I thought I would comment because I was once in the same place as you, and am so happy that I decided to give the Web Builder a go. Here is my new site using Web Builder. www.kwaya.org

I agree with Marsha-there is a bit of a learning curve with the Website Builder, but in the end, it is MUCH better for you and the mobile version. You have to learn some new terms/tools but it is much more modern and web friendly.  I have rebuilt about 8 sites in the new software (mine and clients as well) and it is better for your business....really it is.  You can look at my site as well, as I am a service business and you will see how much you can do with it. www.picturethismultimedia.com

Hey cockburnhandymanservices9235

We cannot use the old builder with any new sites, but I definitely know that Website Builder will provide a better product for you. I urge you, like  the two Homestead customers above me, to give it a try. It is the same basic concept as the builder you are use to. It just looks different. If you want to add something, click the plus sign. If you want to edit something, click on it and a menu will appear with your options. If you have any questions, you can definitely post them and I, or other Homesteaders, will be happy to help. We definitely want you to succeed with this new builder, so we are here to support you. There are a lot of articles and questions that have been asked by other people going through the process of building their sites that you can utilize as well. There is a Youtube channel with some short tutorial videos here.
Also, if you are finding you are having too much trouble, you can always call in. Talk to one of our Web Advisors. We can't walk you through designing your whole website, but they will definitely walk you through how to use the builder.
