After I log on to Homestead launching Site Builder just hangs with the message, "Starting up!" I made sure I wasn't using a proxy server and I cleared all my browsing history with no luck.  I switched from using Chrome to IE and still had no luck.  I'm also getting an error message:  ox41

Correction on that error code:  0x41

Site Builder Plus was working for me a few days ago.  This is a new problem.  I have not downloaded or updated any software, nor have I made any changes to my computer or internet connection.  (I use Century Link)

I'm sure you understand that several days can be a long time for some web builders.  However, it's good to know what's going on.  I did see the 12th listed in one reply, but it seemed unreasonable to go a week without access to my web sites, so I didn't want to believe I was one of the unlucky.  Looks like I'm going to have to accept it.

I've never been through anything this extreme (IMHO, a week with no web site access is extreme.) in the 10+ years I've worked with Homestead, so I had a difficult time wrapping my brain around this.

I deeply appreciate the clarification.

No problem, and I hope you understand that we are doing this as fast as we can. We realize that we can't succeed if you don't.

Hey, I  tried to edit 2 of my sites with Sitebuilder Plus and it wiped out both of them!!!  Tomorrow I will beg Homestead to restore them - Homestead must make backups now and then, don't you think?

I've been getting the error message 0x41 for seven days straight, even though I cleared my cache twice.  I'm getting very frustrated.  It's been a full week and still no resolution.

I'm shopping for a better service.  All those years of working with Homestead, and now this.  :(

Rusty8092,

Your site loaded for me this morning. Are you still having an issue? If so, what is happening?

Drew
