All new accounts are setup with the Website Builder platform, as it is the new primary editor. This is why you are not able to edit with Sitebuilder Plus. I certainly apologize for the inconvenience.

thanks for the reply, can you direct me to information on how to use the 'blog' pages, I am having trouble editing the text which says
'this element cannot be edited, it is here to help you design the style of your blog post'

Are you talking about on the post page in the editor? That is just showing you what will show where and how your text will look. If you preview the blog page and then click on your post, you will see that text you have typed.

It looks like you added an Ecommerce package. Do you need this option?

To access the editor you would go to Websites manager and select Choose design, or edit site. New accounts do not use Sitebuilder Plus, they use the new Websitebuilder program. This is the case for all new accounts and new websites.

It does have the same or similar elements as Sitebuilder. Are you concerned with a particular element?
