Site Builder Descktop does not work

It stopped working several weeks ago.  Called several times. Last time someone at tech support told me that she was going to find out and call me next morning.  That was  more than a week ago.  
"There has been an error loggin in.  Please double=check your username and passowrd. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Support"

I am able to log in but cannot create new pages or edit old ones.  The same password to log in Site Builder Desktop does not work.
