Hi, I'd like to have the page I am building be a single scrolling page. That's working so far.
Now I would like to have anchor links within the page on my navigation menu instead of the menu pointing to a new page.
The only conversation I could find related to that is 10 months old & I have a feeling I can't have what I want... (https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/what_are_anchor_links_and_how_can_i_use_them)

Is there a way to add anchor links to jump within a page? Am I using bad terminology?
thanks for any help!

Are you working in Sitebuilder or Websitebuilder? Those instructions should still be good for Sitebuilder.

Thanks for the reply; I'm working in Websitebuilder. Is there a way to accomplish my goal there?
Or, is there a way to switch backward to Sitebuilder? The instructions for that platform are very clear, and what I want to do.

If you want to create a new site and give me the name, I can switch it to Sitebuilder again. Currently there are no anchor links in Websitebuilder, but you can add a behavior to some elements that can mimic anchor links. You can also add sections and then place a sections menu on the page. Each link will go to the section.

Ooh, I have created my site with sections! And just found the sections menu. I'll give that a try and let you know how it goes.

I've only run into two issues:
- The 'delete' function is disabled for the buttons. I have two buttons that I do not need/want to use.
-One button has nested itself inside the final button. I may have run out of room, set something to a fixed position or just don't understand. If I can delete a button (above question) I could then add a button at the end so that the menu works as desired.

Which site and page are you working on?

Sorry I missed you this morning. The new site I am building is titled kisskiss2018.homesteadcloud.com
The nested link is under "Learn More' (Find Kiss Kiss is hidden)
I would delete the button for the Beautiful section if I could.
All of this is on the home/main page.
I *may* use a second page for resources but we'll get to that later.

On the section menu settings, you have 8 links, but in the settings it is set to a max of 7. Click the menu and go to Advanced > settings and up the number of menu items.

Oh sure, MATH would be the thing to do me in. :D
I appreciate the fresh eyes; thank you.
PS: Am hoping this topic is helpful to others since there was quite a bit of interest in the anchor links previously.

Drew, sorry to bring this up again, but I would like to delete a button from the section menu display. Is this possible? The option is greyed out in my editing menu.
TY

I do not believe there is a way to remove a section link from the section menu, without deleting the section.
