No help in 14 hours?

My website was functioning until yesterday, when I spent several hours following step-by-step instructions from a Homestead support person in order to get the recommended SSL certificate from Cloudflare.  Now Cloudflare is telling me "your website files are not in the right place on your server."

My service has now been down for nearly 24 hours.  Will Homestead be suspending all charges until this SSL certificate problem is fixed?

No reply and no help here, but I called the 800 number and got lucky.  The person I talked to saw and fixed the problem easily.

Hello Bob King

Unfortunately, I only got in the office about 3 hours ago and since you commented on this question about 3.5 hours ago, it brought your question up to the most recent. I go through the oldest questions first, so just saw this.

I'm glad you called and were able to get this resolved.
