Some of my customers are adding stuff to the shopping cart when they go back to add more stuff its empty ?? I have tried on my computer and mobile phones .  My son phone it does it.  Help

Hello,

I tested this on three browsers on my computer and on my phone and was unable to replicate the issue. How many reports of this issue have you received?

About 3 Customers ,  One customer tried on her mobile phone, tablet and her kids cell phone it did it on all of them.  So I tried on my phone nothing but when I did it on my sons phone it did

Hello,

I am using an Android and I was not able to experience the same issue you described. A coworker with an iPhone was able to replicate it before, but now that it is set to mobile view, they see all items in the cart. With iPhone, you definitely have to click "Continue Shopping", but that is the only way I am seeing it not work at this point. Can you try clearing the cache from your device, closing out of your site, and starting over?

Ok, I cleared cache, turned off my phone its an Iphone , went back in there pick one item Hit Continue shopping  picked a different item and it just shows that new item not the first one .. your cart is empty

Contiune shopping , hit store where the item is ,  and than the cart button shows nothing in there, hit the cart button and its says the cart is empty

Ok, unfortunately, I am not able to replicate on Android or iPhone now. It is adding and keeping all items in the cart no matter what device I use. I've tried my phone and 2 different iPhones.
When you switched it to mobile view, were you able to reach out to the customers having issues and see if they were able to add their items to the cart?

Yes and they are still having problems , right now I have it Desktop view
