Is there such a thing as a shared address book for the email system. I would like to create a single address book for company contacts and share it to my email accounts, as opposed to each account needing to fill out entries for company wide contacts. Is there any way to do this in Roundcube Webmail?

This is not at this time, but if you have the contacts and can put them in a vcf file, they can be imported very easily to each mail box.

Thank you, Drew. I understand, but that is very cumbersome with multiple email accounts, not to mention the fact that individuals can accidentally delete important contacts from their address books.

That is possible. There is an option on the import to replace the existing address book versus adding in new contacts, so you are correct. Unfortunately, that is the best I can offer at this time.

I have been using Outlook. It is stable and seems more universal. Going from one computer to another has been a bear dealing with address books but there is a nice little icon at the top which is available in the smallest outlook subchapter, that searches for previously used addresses with common denominators. It works perfectly

Here is a snap. I added this icon by using that little drop-down carrot

Nice. I too use Outlook for my personal email addresses. I do find it to be very good, but have never needed the shared directory.
