IMPORTANT - It is necessary to have your standard Hmail account converted to an Hmail Suite in order to support the added features (synchronization of email folders, calendar events and even email contacts). After converting to the Hmail Suite, please allow 15 minutes for the changes to take affect before proceeding with the instructions below.
Instructions for upgrading to an Hmail Suite
1. Open iPhone settings

and select the "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" as shown in the image below.
2. Choose "Add Account".
3. Select the "Exchange" option.
4. Enter your email address and password which you created on the Homestead website and a description for the account.
5. Enter the server name emailmg.homestead.com (all other fields should auto-fill).
6. Select the options you wish to sync ( or leave all turned on), and select Save.

Email is Not working on iPhone.
Since the intuit wmail changed over last Friday, my email does not work on my iphone. How can I fix this? It is a huge problem for me!

If the connection to the server is failing, it could be any one (or a combination) of the things in steps 4 & 5 above.
If you can't visibly see any errors, it may be best to just delete the account and reconfigure it from the beginning.

What do you means SUITE? The Homestead set up hasn't changed since last week when I was able to receive send and receive emails (though never delete) on my old phone. I just went to edit> Basic Info and that option is not even visible.

Depending on what configuration you are using there could be several things to look at. This option above will likely work the best, but if you'd rather connect with POP or IMAP, let us know and we'll get you the correct instructions.
