All my e-mails with Homestead are down. Noboby answer the phones and as usual the chat is not working. What's going on people?

Chat and phones have been closed on weekends for over 2 years. I am not showing any issues with email and mine are working. What is happening for you?

I can't log in either.  Saying username and password are incorrect.  On the off chance the password was wrong I logged in to Homestead and email manager and changed the email password but still cannot log in- log in credentials are wrong.

Sorry, these may be completely different issues. The servers are reporting normal operation and my emails are functioning.

William5033, what email address are you unable to log in to?

Yes, I am looking into this. I am not yet sure what is going on with your and William's accounts. I do see a problem, but it seems to be limited to your accounts, not a global problem.

All emails look that they are working. Can you tell me why? Is a weekend thing. And personal with me? Doesn't look right.

Drew, all of them.  Getting the same log in credential error. I know the passwords are correct but can't log in to any of them.  The one I really need to access is billstein@gpfab.net

I am investigating this now. It does appear that you both have the same issue, but it doesn't seem to be a system issue. It appears to be an issue with your accounts. I am trying to track it down now.

I changed the passwords on all of them and I'm able to log into the billstein@gpfab.net email and the info@gpfab.net email.  I cannot log into bridgetstein@gpfab.net or the info@tcbows.com emails.

info@tcbows.com works when I change it. Are you using a password that conforms to the requirements?

I am. I  did not change any passwords from 46 minutes ago.  Just tried logging into them all again and they're working!  So not sure what happened but all seems good now!  thanks!

When it wants user name, does it want user ID or email address? I tried both and neither worked.

It wants the email address. Can you clear the browser history and then change the password? Also, please confirm that the password you are using conforms to the requirements. Did you change the password in both Outlook and your Homestead account?
