SERVER FAILURE AT HOMESTEAD CAUSING CUSTOMER WEBSITE ISSUES

Will I be credited for the loss of business I do not receive due to the failure of Homestead to correct this issue? I was in the process of updating my site when the server failed and now one of my webpages is completely gone and images on others fail to load. Homestead customer support is a failure at all levels as their service is non-existent and support miserable. I expect this issue will be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I do see however that long term customer loyalty with this company means nothing.

Actually, the frustration with your issue notwithstanding, since joining HS in or about 2004, I've received nothing less than superior customer service. When prompted after a tech support resolution, I'm consistently giving the company glowing marks. At one point, I recall recommending in one of my comments that they should consider running the Federal gov't.

I'm sorry you're encountering the problem you're encountering. Sounds dreadful. But I must politely disagree with your assessment of the HS tech support team. I have found them quite good.
