Another day trying to log in and another Server Error. Also my new site should have been live Friday - I see it on my mobile phone but not on ANY computer I try. For the price of the hosting (which is considerably higher than many others) there should be Customer Service and tech support 24/7. It is ridiculous on a Sunday they are "closed"
I agree. Wish they showed some urgency or good communication skills. I get this vibe like Monday morning someone will show up for work and be like "oh my goodness, we're down" and then it will be fixed mid day monday. Meanwhile business is completely down.
Sorry for the inconvenience. While the support staff is not in on the weekends, these types of issues are not resolved by the support agents. They are resolved by the engineers, who are present 24/7. Unfortunately on the weekends, it is not always possible for us to communicate this with you immediately.
