Server Error message whenever I choose a template to start to use Website builder

I am trying to use the new Website Builder for a brand new domain name purchased yesterday.  The first step is choosing a template, so I choose a template and it takes me to an error page every single time, not matter what template I choose.  The error message is:

 "Sorry, you have experienced an unexpected server error.

You have experienced an unexpected server error. We are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible. Please try again later."

I cannot get past this error message to build my site.  I need to get a site up and running this week.  Can someone tell me if this new Website builder is ready for use?  If so, what needs to be done to get that error message to stop so I can continue with my build.  I don't look forward to learning a whole new method of building my site, but am willing.  It just needs to work.

Hi mom8223, I have gotten this fixed up. If you do not mind me asking, what steps did you do to choose a template? I want to look more into why this issue occurred.

When you open it says choose a template, I go into the new website editor choose the template, it then loads and then i get the page unexpected server error were sorry for the inconvenience we are trying to fix this problem.  Hope that helps.

Now I am having the issue, when I go to homestead.com i click log in and it just reloads the page and doesn't log me in.  It has done this 5 times.  I even closed it out of the web browser and reopened, getting the same outcome each time.  LOL  Is it Monday or something?

I'm new to Homestead and I'm having the same problem, which has me concerned.  I see the issues have been resolved for a couple of people...but can an explanation be provided, perhaps?

I REALLY need to have my site completed by tomorrow (Saturday) so I hope to get a response and immediate resolution.  Thanks!

No, I'm still receiving the same error message when I click "Select" while previewing.  I also learned that my domain failed to register....not sure why.  Should I call about these 2 issues?

I'm trying to make a temporary page to allow my customers to reach my page after issues with the new page yesterday that have completely messed up my site but am getting this error as well. Can someone help me? I still haven't gotten any answers to my problems of yesterday and I really cannot have everything down all weekend.

having the same issue.  cannot get the editor to open and get the same error message.  It wants me to choose a design which then default back to the error script.  The site is up and running www.prestolessons1.homesteadcloud.com

What is the new site? There is only the one domain on this account. Have you started the new site yet? or did you get the error right from the start?

www.prestolessons1.homesteadcloud.com  I did share the link in previous messages in this thread.  The website builder is not giving me the option to edit this site.

I fixed it so you should see it now. Can you check and see if you can launch the editor. I was able to.
