Same i had to go into settings and delete the whole email account off my phone to stop the pops ups! I'm so stressed how many customers may be emailing not knowing i'm not getting the emails and i don't know if when this is fixed will any that were sent even come through at that point or will they think i just didn't respond?!?!!!!

Also a business owner and this is beyond frustrating.  I spent time on the phone with Apple and Verizon and paid my tech guy to look at it - so WASTED TIME AND MONEY - plus CANNOT operate my business like this!

Out of 5 emails, 3 of them are having this pop up. Do not understand why other 2 are not. What is causing this?

I turned off the SSL to stop the popups until issue is fixed.  This happens every year when the certificate expires and very annoying.  I ABSOLUTELY hate having to add all of my emails back into the phone.  Hoping after the issue is resolved, the popups will stop.

I had to delete the account from my phone the pops up for two annoying. Totally get it! I tried to re-enter the information as if I was setting up the account again but it still told me that the server cannot be verified. Very frustrating! Thankfully I am able to use my computer or Safari on my phone and go in manually to check my emails

it took me a few tries to get it back on my computer, phone and iPad and seems to be ok now, but I    don't understand how this keeps happening at least 2-3 times a year :(

WAIT?
You have a solution?
if you delete your email accounts and then add them back that fixes the problem?

I don't question that it works but I have several emails so it is a pain to have to do. This isn't the 1st time Homestead has had this issue. Happened about a year or so ago. Not good!

This is blowing up my iPhone with constant error messages. Can I turn that message off till this is fixed without having to delete all my emails?

There’s no way to turn off that message. The only way to do it is to go into your settings and delete the whole email account. You can still access your emails via a computer or your Internet server on your phone as it’s going in manually.

NO, not according to Apple and Verizon.  They said to delete the account.

@Anita3074, if you turn off the SSL, the popups will stop after a few seconds.  I have several business emails as well, and trying to avoid deleting and having to re-add, and it doesn't work.  Go under "Advanced" and turn off the SSL.  I will turn it back on later to see if it has been fixed.

Yes you can go into account settings on your phone and delete that account (then you will have to reset it up after)
