The migration to Roundcube was today and had some phone assistance earlier. Awaiting e-mail responses and just checked my "sent" e-mail only to see that e-mails sent prior to this morning are GONE. The ones prior to this morning are from 2013! Four years of sent e-mails are where? I have client e-mails out and likely are not receiving responses because...my sent e-mails are not appearing. Need immediate help with this.
It was Drew, however no sent emails today are appearing in the "Sent mail" folder where I was told all sent e-mails would be. Instead, today's are in "Sent" which is where all sent e-mails appeared via the previous platform so I don't know how to proceed. Also, is there no folder for "Old" e-mails as there was before? Not those in the Inbox, not those Sent, and not those deleted, but those you've read and are still there?
