I want to sell PDF downloads of outlines through my site.  I guess I will accept Paypal payment. I would like this to automated 24/7 vs. my emailing them what they purchased after I recognize the transaction.  Does Sitebuilder have a backend that supports this type of website sales transaction.  What is it, how do I activate it for my website?

It does not. To sell automated downloadable products, you would have to use Storefront at this time.
