I came across and old search result for my business (in safari) when searching for "daycare centers in Oshkosh", and the link is pointing to my old mobile site (m.chiemseecastle.com) that I had previously with a third party provider.  That site no longer exists, and therefore I get the 404 not found error.  Since I built a new site with Website Builder I no longer need to employ a third party for my mobile version.  I have no idea how to eliminate the search result from the search engine; is there any way in my DNS settings or something where I can have m.chiemseecaste.com point to www.chiemseecastle.com????   Or any other ideas? Thanks!

Hello,

Unfortunately, the only answer is time. It will take time for that result to clear from search engines. Google crawls sites about once a month. If you create a Google Webmaster Tools account, you can request that Google crawl your site to speed this process up. Basically, Google just needs to look at your site to see that this result is no longer relevant.
